Notes:

Original Mono US Pressing with Black Labels that have Silver Print and 'Rainbow' Colorband around Perimeter. Includes 4 pages of on-stage photos, plus notes on the concert, glued inside the gatefold. 1st Catalog # from Cover 2nd Catalog # from Labels Matrix on Side A is etched, however the 3 which is way off by itself is stamped. There is no three or any stamped number on Side B.
